Foi d<\/span><span title=\"It was decided to use 7-digit numbers to identify radio operators;\">ecidido usar 7 d\u00edgitos para identificar operadores de r\u00e1dio <\/span><span title=\"and to setup a public on-line database that provides the correspondance between the IDentifier and the amateur radio callsign. \">e para configurar um banco de dados on-line p\u00fablico que forne\u00e7a a correspond\u00eancia entre o identificador e o indicativo de r\u00e1dio amador.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"It was further decided that the first 3 digits of the IDentifier would follow the Mobile Country Code numbering as defined in the ITU-T Recommendation E.212.\">Foi ainda decidido que os primeiros 3 d\u00edgitos do identificador seguiriam a numera\u00e7\u00e3o do MCC (https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/International_mobile_subscriber_identity) conforme definido na Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o E.212 da ITU-T. <\/span><span title=\"This first 3 digits of the ID you are entering in your DMR radio are therefore identifying your geographical origin : \">Os primeiros 3 d\u00edgitos do ID usados no seu r\u00e1dio DMR est\u00e3o\u00a0 portanto a identificar a sua origem geogr\u00e1fica:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"1 \u2013 Test networks \">1 &#8211; redes de teste<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"2 \u2013 Europe \">2 &#8211; Europa<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"3 \u2013 North America and the Caribbean \">3 &#8211; Am\u00e9rica do Norte e Caribe<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"4 \u2013 Asia and the Middle East \">4 &#8211; \u00c1sia e Oriente M\u00e9dio<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"5 \u2013 Oceania \">5 &#8211; Oceania<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"6 \u2013 Africa \">6 &#8211; \u00c1frica<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"7 \u2013 South and Central America \">7 &#8211; Am\u00e9rica do Sul e Central<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"9 \u2013 World-wide \">9 &#8211; Mundial<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"BrandMeister is based on open-standards, which is a critical aspect of the network as it is open to third-party developers.\">O BrandMeister \u00e9 baseado em padr\u00f5es abertos, que \u00e9 um aspecto cr\u00edtico da rede, pois est\u00e1 aberto a desenvolvimento de terceiros. <\/span><span title=\"It is therefore critical to stay consistent and follow standards. \">Portanto, \u00e9 essencial permanecer consistente e seguir os padr\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"We have noticed some users operating on the BrandMeister network with IDentifiers starting with 1. These numbers do not follow the MCC numbering standard and causes issues and confusion in third party systems with region-specific features. \">Observamos alguns utilizadores operando na rede BrandMeister com ID&#8217;s come\u00e7ando com 1.
